Along with being arguably the most beautiful Aston Martin, the DB5 is the most famous. A motoring and movie icon, the DB5 was made famous by its appearance as James Bonds company car in the movie Goldfinger.
I had a company car in a previous job once and it was not as beautiful as a DB5, it also didn't have an ejector seat. Even if you don't know this car via it's 007 connection, you will still recognise it as the beautiful classic car from a world famous British car manufacturer.
This may not be a model of the James Bond DB5 but it is still the iconic silver colour. If you are after a 1/18 scale model of a motoring icon, the Aston Martin DB5 should be very high on your list.
