Accounts and Payments
No. You do not need an account to buy anything from our website.
Signing up for an account is purely optional. We don't like being forced to sign up for an account so we will never ask you to do it.
The Account will save your address to speed up your next order process (we do not share any of your info). It also allows easy access to your order info, see previous orders and track current orders.
If this doesn't appeal to you, just go to checkout and pay securely without an account.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, we also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Shipping
We currently only ship overseas via our Ebay shop. We use Ebay's own international shipping service.
We ship to Ebay and then they handle the rest.
If we have something on our website that is not on our Ebay page, just message us and we can move it across. Otherwise contact us and we will look into a quote for overseas shipping
48h Tracked takes 2 days from dispatch.
24h Tracked takes 1 day from dispatch.
Same day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.
Working days are Monday to Friday so any order placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
We do aim to post orders Saturday morning but as we are a small team and occasionally spend our weekend up a mountain, we only gaurantee weekend orders will dispatch by Monday. If your weekend order has not been dispatched by Monday you might want to call Mountain Rescue.
We use Royal Mail
We have used other carriers in the past, however we have found Royal Mail to be the most reliable for our customers.
We would love to offer some sort of Click and Collect but as a small outfit we are currently unable to.
We are looking into options but for now, if you are not in your parcel will be taken to your local Royal Mail Sorting Office.
Then you can visit the Sorting Office to collect your parcel at your conveniance.

Product
We hope you will like your order, but if you do need to return an item we are happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
You can click on the "Notify me when available" button to subscribe to a restock notification.
Once the item is back in stock you will receive an email letting you know.
If a pre-order item is showing as "sold out" you can contact us.
We will then see if we can secure more stock for release date. Then we will contact you and give you first chance to pre-order the item.
Alternatively you can use the "Notify Me" button on the product page. You will then receive an automated email as soon as any new stock arrives.
We are still a small outfit but growing. As such we can not stock as much as we would like. So if you do not see the model you are looking for drop us a message and we will see if we can hunt it down for you.
We have also found the odd rare item for some customers. So feel free to ask about rare items. We can't promise we will find them but we will give it a good go.
