UK DELIVERY COSTS
For UK Mainland delivery Choose from our two flat rate delivery options. Your chosen delivery rate stays fixed no matter the size of your order.

- £4.80 - Royal Mail Tracked 24
We thought we would keep it simple so we offer a fixed rate delivery for all UK orders no matter how big your basket. So you can throw that extra model in the basket and the postage cost stays the same.
Our standard rate is £3.80 for 48h Tracked or for an extra £1 you can choose 24h Tracked.
Tracked 48h - 2 working days from dispatch
Tracked 24h - Next working day from dispatch
Above delivery times are not guaranteed. Working days are Mon to Fri, we are not responsible for delivery times as this is out of our control, we do not refund postage for late deliveries.
Dispatch time and packaging
Important changes to our dispatch times - We have now changed to a next day dispatch policy
We take pride in how we pack our models and aim to send them as we would like to receive them. We believe your model should only arrive in the amount of pieces it is supposed to be in.
Your model will be securely packaged using recycled or biodegradable materials
Due to a change in circumstances for a few of our Bowfell elves, we are going to switch to a Next Day Dispatch policy.
All orders will now be dispatch by the next working day
Working days are Monday to Friday
We apologise for any iconvenience this new policy may cause but rest assured we will still take care in how we pack and send your order, we will just be taking a little longer.
Although we only operate Monday to Friday we sometimes dispatch orders Saturday morning. As we are a small team and spend some of our weekends up mountains, we can not guarantee this.
If you message us we can tell you if we are able to get your order in the post Saturday morning.
International Delivery
We sell internationally through our Ebay page Bowfell Models and Collectibles | eBay Stores
We ship the product to Ebay and they handle all the international postage. If you want an item that is not on our Ebay page, email us and we can transfer it to our ebay shop.
Please be aware - Any Multibuy offers or promotions on our website do not carry over onto our Ebay store. We do not run the same promotions on ebay, this is due to Ebay's high commision charges.
When we move the item over to ebay we include our postage costs to ship to Ebay UK along with the cost of the extra packaging for international shipping.
