The De Havilland Tiger Moth is a 1930s British biplane designed by Geoffrey de Havilland. It was operated by the Royal Air Force (RAF) and other operators as a primary trainer aircraft.

The Tiger Moth first flew in 1931 and remained in service with the RAF until it was replaced by the de Havilland Chipmunk during the early 1950s. Although it officially retired in 1959, The Tiger Moth is still being flown today.

If you are looking to build a plastic model of a long serving and much loved aircraft, the de Havilland Tiger Moth has to be worth a look.
