Well it worked people. Our idea to offer a discount to make up for our decision to abandon the shop and spend a long weekend in Scotland seemed to work.
We were not worried in the slightest that it would put people of and put the business back. Honest!
We got to drive stunning roads like the Bealach na Ba pass commonly known as the Applecross Pass and see stunning views.
Like this valley in Glen Coe (camera phones just don't do it justice) and the islands of Loch Maree below.
That is the view from one of the many islands in Loch Maree. We would have explored more in our kayaks but the Scottish weather had different ideas.
We understand that making you wait 4 days before we dispatched your order does not sound like a good business move. In fact we are pretty sure it's not a good move but we could not pass up a chance to visit one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

We certainly enjoyed Scotland but we also really enjoyed coming back to lots of orders for happy customers. We came back to a lot of work and catching up but we are so pleased you all stuck with us.
